2. Data we collect and purpose

We collect your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter. Its sole purpose is sending you news and updates from Germina Sostenible. We do not share, sell or transfer your information to third parties, nor use it for third-party advertising.

3. Legal basis (authorization)

Processing is based on your prior, express and informed authorization, granted by ticking the acceptance checkbox when subscribing (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, arts. 4.c and 9). We keep a record of the date of such authorization.

4. Data subject rights

You may at any time access, update, rectify and delete your personal data, and revoke the authorization: (a) via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter, or (b) by emailing hola@germinasostenible.com — we will address your request within ten (10) business days at most.

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access, loss or alteration (encrypted connection, restricted access to the subscriber list).
